Paragraph #3. As proven Buckley is not a source for accuracy. Her times clocked before and after 11:00 are incorrect. Buckley also hid her calculations.
Fisher claims that SD #23 owes him for 92 hours of work plus $52,215 for denied group benefits, unpaid wages and damages.
Fisher has supplied SD #23 with a complete breakdown of those amounts.SD #23 offered Fisher only $5,000 which he declined.
Paragraph #4. The 255 minutes that Buckley claimed were clocked before 11:00 is incorrect and the 87 minutes that she claimed were clocked after 11:00 is incorrect.
Again Buckley has never explained how she arrived at these numbers.

Paragraph #5. Buckley's statement that she had asked Fisher not to stay late to finish a job was not backed up by dates and times. Again Buckley never explained how she arrived at these numbers. Buckley also failed to reduce the oversize area to comply with SD #23 very own regulations. Fisher however with dates and times proved that in Oct 98 Buckley authorized him to leave early and instructed Fisher to cheat SD #23 out of  that time and to falsify time cards. Instead  the next day Fisher worked an extra 90 minutes to make up the time. It was Buckley that first introduced Fisher to balancing times, staying late to make up for leaving early and had on several previous occasions instructed him to short change SD #23.
In fact the balancing of times was widely used throughout the school district.
Paragraph #6. Buckley accuses Fisher of leaving 1 hour and 45 minutes early on Nov 20/98.  The truth is on Nov 20/98 Fisher actually worked almost 2 hours extra on his own time as proven by the alarm computer printout, to wax halls in preparation for the many Xmas visitors expected.
This amounted to 120 minutes that Fisher never claimed on his timecard.
Fisher also came in on the following Sunday Nov 22/98 for another 90 minutes on his own time to harden the hall wax for a total of 210 minutes while Buckley accused Fisher of stealing 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Buckley is not a source for accuracy. Since then Buckley has admitted her error.
April 23/99..SD #23 Director of Human Resources Alan Akehurst: "These records reveal both a dedication to additional work as you have pointed out as on three occasions you have worked more than an additional half hour on your shift and that you worked almost two hours on a Sunday all without claiming overtime.
Compare this Akehurst statement with Buckley's many distortions.
