Ron Rubadeau needs to resign as the head of a School District that made false entries on an ROE, set up a fraudulent layoff, forced Fisher to work an oversize area, cheated him out of earned money & health benefits, wrongfully dismissed him, slandered and defamed him.
He finally resigned April 2006
This is nothing but malicious slander
& defamation of Fisher by Rubadeau

against SD #23 had not been sustained.
Rubadeau is either disingenuous, in denial or dishonest.

Below is a letter Fisher sent to Rubadeau. Fisher asked to meet with Rubadeau. Rubadeau did not reply. Thereafter a SD23 lawyer did threaten Fisher.
Rubadeau fits into this category as his mistreatment of Custodian Fisher
serves up Rubadeau to be a hypocrite without ethics & morals ...
.. thus a poor example to the very students that he is given
the responsibility to teach ethics and morals.
Very sad for our community that we have such a Superintendent of Schools.
Superintendent Rubadeau continues to cover up the sustained misconduct and incompetence of administrators.
His mishandling of this matter further erodes
morals and ethics in our community
A majority of parents do not trust Rubadeau and want him replaced.
This is how the coward Rubadeau deals with the matter...
he sicks his high priced lawyer on Fisher
Rubadeau, Akehurst, Lownsbrough, Buckley & Lalonde conspired
to defraud Fisher of money & regular employee status that
included employee rights & health benefits.
In his letter below, Superintendent Rubadeau, mounts a smear campaign
against Fisher while misleading teachers by announcing that Fisher had
the potential to escalate his actions to become a safety concern.
When asked for proof of Rubadeau's knowledge, SD #23 said that it had none!
Rubadeau inflamed the situation and caused the teachers needless stress
and during a supposed cash shortage period, invites them to take paid leave!
At the same time Rubadeau was needlessly stressing and scaring teachers, SD #23
repeatedly asked Fisher to come to it's offices, proving that he was no risk at all !
Rubadeau orchestrated SD #23 conduct towards Custodian Fisher that was harsh, vindictive, malicious & reprehensible & a substantial departure from the conduct & practices reasonably expected from School District #23 administration.
