Did Fisher clean twice the area in 8 hours that the Head Custodian cleaned in 8 hours? Yes, Fisher cleaned 20,197 square feet and the Head Custodian cleaned 11,059 square feet some of which Buckley downloaded onto Fisher.

Did Buckley allow the Head Custodian to operate part of his home based business from the school during working hours? Yes.

Was Fisher's cleaning work done satisfactory? Yes, the teachers in Fisher's area were very satisfied with his work and attention to detail. Some expressed outright joy that he had been assigned to clean their rooms when the area was reconfigured, others sighed with relief when told that he would still be cleaning their area & not Head Custodian Stutter. Al Akehurst the Director of Human Resources went on record to state that he understood that Fisher did his work & that it was done satisfactorily.

Did Fisher get along with the teachers in the school? Yes, teachers broke down and cried when they heard that Fisher had been fired.

Did Fisher take the supervisor's decisions positively? Yes, when it was safe and protected students, who were the priority.

Did Fisher debate and argue about his assignments? No, the Head Custodian most times sought out Fisher, to ask for his opinion or suggestions.

Did the Head Custodian's tyrannical personality and downloading of work cause other previous custodians to transfer out of the school? Yes, while Fisher tried to reason with him.

Did the Head Custodian confess, that his tyranny caused problems at his home also? Yes.

Vice Principal Alan Lalonde told lies about Fisher to SD #23 administration.

Head Custodian Stutter constantly unjustifiably criticized Fisher.

Head Custodian Stutter constantly threatened Fisher with a bad report.

Head Custodian Stutter told lies about Fisher to Principal Buckley.

Head Custodian Stutter lied about ordering desperately needed supplies & equipment.

care, intentional, deliberate, callous, disgraceful, willful, exploitative, and in disregard
of Custodian Fisher's rights and indifferent to the consequences.”

Did the Head Custodian instruct Fisher to bring all matters to him and he would deal with Buckley,
(who he nicknamed Polly) that Fisher was to stay away from Buckley (Polly)? Yes.

Was the Head Custodian caught lying to Buckley about Fisher? Yes.

Did Buckley & Lalonde, investigate the Head Custodian lying about Fisher? No they did nothing
but criticize Fisher.

Did Fisher & Head Custodian try transferring to different schools to get away from Buckley? Yes.

As the on-site supervisor did Buckley get Fisher and the Head Custodian together to improve                  teamwork? No.

            Did Akehurst keep his promise to talk to the teachers in Fisher's area and Principals that Fisher
