Ron Rubadeau's serious core character flaws more than often prevented him
from presenting things honestly, accurately, fairly and without manipulation.
He mishandled the dismissal of Custodian Fisher in the same flawed manner then
further abuses Fisher by claiming Fisher's allegations have not been sustained.
Sad that SD23 has a Superintendent who lacks ethics & morals. ...Ken Fisher
